Indications.

The bleedings or risk of bleedings on a background of strengthening of fibrinolysis (malignant new growths of pancreas and prostate glands, operations on organs of a thorax, postnatal bleedings, manual removal of afterbirth, leucosis, diseases of the liver, previous therapy by streptokinase – cases of generalized fibrinolysis; uterus, nasal, gastroenteric bleedings, heamturia, bleedings after prostatectomy, conization of cervix in occasion of carcinoma, extraction of a tooth at patients with hemorrhagic diathesis – cases of local fibrinolysis). Hereditary angioedema, allergic diseases (eczema, allergic dermatitis, nettle-rash, a medicinal and toxic rash), inflammatory diseases (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, stomatitis, aphthae of the mucous membrane of an oral cavity).

Collateral action.

A rash, a skin itch and other displays of the raised sensitivity a preparation, decrease in appetite, a nausea, a diarrhea, a heartburn, drowsiness, infringement of color sight.

Contra-indications.

The raised sensitivity to a preparation. With care apply at patients with thrombohemorrhagic complications (in a combination with heparin and indirect anticoagulants) and at patients with thromboses (a thrombosis of vessels of a brain, a heart attack of a myocardium, a thrombophlebitis) or with a threat of their development.

Special instructions.

At renal insufficiency (depending on a degree of increase of creatinine of serum) reduce a doze and frequency rate of introduction. During and after treatment within several days supervision of the ophthalmologist with check of an acuteness, fields and color sight, survey of an eye bottom is necessary. With care apply in a combination with fabric haemostatic preparations, hemocoagulase (in greater dozes), heparin. At treatment of hematuria of renal genesis the risk of mechanical anury as a result of formation of a clot in the urethra increases.
