Does the medicines you propose belong to the brand name pills?

What is generic? Is the effect of these medications the same as the brand name pills?

There is no difference in the effect and action of generic pills and brand name. Only the name, the shape and the price differs. Usually a generic medicine is called as the name of active substance. The producer does not have the patent for a definite chemical ingredient and so they do not use the brand name of the pills, but legal generic name. Generics are equal to brand name pills, the effect is the same and the ingredients are also the same. The main advantage of generic medicines is low price.

Why is the price of generic drugs so low?

Original manufacturers use lots of money for developing of their product, advertising as opposed to generics. FDA demands great money for approving the medicine in U.S. The manufacturers of generics don’t need to spend so much money for developing generic drugs. So the price of generics does not include these expenses.

Why the generic pills differ from brand name pills with their shape and printed signature?

Generics have the same active substance as brand name pills. But nobody of manufacturers can get patent for chemical ingredients. But the shape, the color and the name of brand name pills are always patented, so it’s unauthorized to use the same features for generic medicines. That’s why generics look different, have different color and shape.

Is the quality of your pills really high?

Is the prescription demanded to order the pills at your site?

There are some medicines in our shop which require the prescription. If your country or territory law demands the prescription, you’ll be asked to show it to the support representative after you complete the order.

How can I make the order?

This message is very important, in case you do not receive it within 10 minutes, let us know and we will resend it once again. This message can be downloaded from your account section.

How can I pay for the order?

How can I choose a wire method? When will will I get my order?

If you want to pay by wire, do the following:

  • Choose the product you wish to order

  • Go to the “Checkout” page, check the wire payment box, fill in the order form and click on the “Submit transaction” button.

  • If all the information you have inserted is correct, you will see the text of the order confirmation message on the screen, the address where the wire should be sent to is given in this message. The very same message will be sent to your e-mail box however we advise you to save this text to your hard drive in case the message is not delivered.

  • Send the wire to the address specified within 48 hour after you place the order.

  • As soon as we receive the payment (it will take about 3-5 days), the product will be sent out.

When will you actually post the charge?

Shipping

Do you have shipping to my area?

The orders are shipped to almost all countries of the world. The exception is some countries in Asia.

Where are the medicines sent from?

The medications are manufactured in India, thus the orders are processed and sent out from there.

What is the package? Should I sign for the shipment?

Your security is very important for us. Your order will be sent in a unattached envelope that will be left in your correspondence box. You will not have to sign for it in case the order is sent by Standard Post.

Will you send my order the same day I purchase?

The products we offer are in store for immediate deliverance. However we have to confirm your order first to be sure that the shipping information is right, after that the goods you have ordered are packed and only then it is sent out. It takes about 1-2 days to complete the procedure.

What shipping methods do you use? When will I get my parcel?

There are two shipping methods we offer:

  1. Courier Service: the packages sent by this postal service can be tracked by the tracking number supplied after the order is shipped. See your account section.

What is the shipping price?

The shipping rates may change depending on the shipping option you select, the country of the destination, and weight of products you order. To check out the shipping price, add chosen products to shopping cart, and proceed to checkout.

Can any delays occur?

If this happen, we’ll inform you. They ask the receiver to come and give an allowance to check out the package. After that you should get your products. If you have any problems with getting your order, please let us know and we’ll try to solve the difficulty.

What if the package is damaged or some products are missing?

In this case you should contact our support team and explain the problem. We shall either resend the package or refund your payment. For more information see the Policies.

Please remember that if there are 90 or even more pills in your package, the order will be sent in several packages: you will get 30 pills plus 4 gift pills in the first package and the second package will contain the left (60 pills) which you’ll get a week later.

How much should I pay if you reship the order?
